Ø What are the basic services provided by EIMS PRIVATE LIMITED?

Ø What is the process of selection?

Normally the applicants are selected through highly skilled consultant interviews which are held at EIMS office, for which the applicants are informed by newspaper advertisement and also by direct contact to already registered applicants in our databank 3 to 4 days before. We also take interviews and trade tests according to requirement of the job and send the resumes by email for final selection.

Ø What is the time limit for selection of resumes emailed to foreign principals?

The maximum period it may take is supposed to be one week. But it is solely on the discretion of our respected foreign employers.

Ø Can foreign principal take telephonic / video link interviews of applicants?

Yes most of the time, our respected principals like to do telephonic / video link interviews before final decision. But it is not complementary, as EIMS only short lists the person, who are interviewed by HR Department of EIMS.

Ø Is the decision of foreign principal final?

Yes, the decision of our foreign principal (the employer) will be the final, as for as selection of applicant is concerned.

Ø How long the principal will wait for the Successful Applicant reply?

After the offer of salary and relevant packages to Successful Applicant, there will be maximum 10 days for Successful Applicant for his decision and reply. If we do not receive any reply from him in this period, the offer will become void for that successful applicant. And this opportunity will be offered to next person.

Ø What is the approximate time of Visa Process?

Normally it takes between 10 to 20 working days, after the medical fitness report of the successful applicant.

Ø What is the normal contact period of foreign companies?

The contract period is normally 2 Years.

Ø When to sign Agreement Papers?

It is in the best interest of the applicant himself that Agreement should normally be signed after selection/approval of the applicant. This also shows the commitment of the applicant.

Ø When to pay for process charges?

After the medically fitness report of the successful applicant, the applicant will be required to pay for visa process charges.

Ø Who will pay Medical and NADRA charges?

Medical and Nadra charges will be paid by successful applicant directly from his pocket, while we offer our best assistance in this regard.

Ø Is there any probation period in contract?
